A walk through consultation - Our design consultant will provide a 1 hour walk through of the home along with the homeowner. The design consultant will provide the homeowner with areas requiring improvement in their home, for example, placement of furniture, new window treatments, or wall treatments. After the walk through, the design consultant will supply the homeowner with notes from the meeting along with a list of tips to get their house ready for sale.

If the house requires more attention than a 1 hour walk through, we will provide a more in depth look at the home and work with the homeowner to get their house ready for sale.

Home Pre-Sales Preparation Report - A detailed report outlining all the areas requiring attention throughout the home. This report will be given to you, the Realtor and/or the homeowner to review. The Pre-Sales Report enables the homeowner to review all the areas in their home that requires work before listing for sale.

Floorplans

Impress your Sellers by having a detailed floorplan completed for their home. Floorplans may be emailed to potential clients. This enables Buyers to view the home before they step through the door. Potential buyers can see if the home layout suits their needs and their furniture. This allows for only serious buyers to view the home. If the home does not suit the lifestyle of a potential buyer, they won't want to see the property. This saves, you, the Realtor, time and money and possibly result in quicker sales. Only interested buyers will want to pursue the property.

With the ability to place floorplans on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) you will reach more potential buyers.

Completed floorplan will be provided in a PDF and/or JPEG file format so you may attach to it to listing brochures, email to potential clients, place on MLS, or add to your own website.

After Sales Service

As a closing gift, why not offer a 1 hour Interior Design Consultation for your clients when they move into their new home.

Once your buyer moves into their new home, they will need help in arranging their new home to suit their style of living. An Interior Design Consultation will help your Buyers turn their new house into a home!
